Me, me, me, blah, blah, blah!

After having graduated with a Masters with honors in Acting for Film at the New York Film Academy of Los Angeles, California (please, no need to applause). Being a South Florida native, naturally I've chose to stay in Los Angeles.

Born in Queens, New York, I managed to make a pit stop in St. Louis on my way to the humid, I mean sunny, state of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. I love to travel and have been to Sweden, Spain, France, England, Egypt, Syria, India, Canada, Mexico, and Dubai. I am fluent in English, Arabic, and can speak basic Spanish. I attended both a private school and college with brawny theatre programs.

In college I became fond of improvisational acting. I was a key member in helping create an improv show that the theatre program now holds annually. After I graduated with a B.F.A. in Theatre (minor in Psych) I went to the Second City in Chicago and did an improv for actors course (along with a couple other courses). After I was done I decided I wanted to go to L.A. to focus on acting for film.

While in grad school, I starred in my first feature film, South of Ventura. I also took a shot at writting and directing my own comedy short which was a great experience. In my free time I like to go hiking with my dog Maggie, read books/plays (or even better, scripts!), and explore all the things Los Angeles has to offer.

I am currently in The Columbine Project, which is a retelling of the events that led to and took place on April 19th 1999. This play runs till May 20th 2018 and tickets can be bought on the 'NOW' page.
